There are many bonding agents on the market at home and abroad, there are mainly two types, one is a two-component, such as universal adhesive, epoxy resin class; there is a single-component, such as CHCl3 (chloroform). Generally speaking, two-component adhesives are bonded by a curing reaction, while one-component adhesives are bonded by the final evaporation of a solvent.
The two-component adhesive is characterised by a good bonding effect, no air bubbles, no whitening and high strength after bonding. The disadvantage is that the operation is complicated, difficult, long curing time, slow, and difficult to adapt to the requirements of mass production.
